Platform Rules & Player Obligations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ck6n", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the ck6n platform, accessible at https://ck6n.io, and its affiliated operating entities.
• "Platform" refers to the ck6n website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services, products, software, and tools made available by ck6n.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ck6n Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player on the Platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Balance" refers to the sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to non-cash promotional credits granted to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Player must bet a specified amount (typically the bonus amount or the sum of bonus and deposit) before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process, including submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification, required before withdrawals are approved.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" refers to UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to Bangladesh, used as the reference time zone for all time-sensitive terms in this agreement.

By accessing the ck6n Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service provided by ck6n, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first access to the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, and conditions that govern individual games, bonuses, promotions, or competitions offered on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and such specific rules, the specific rules shall prevail with respect to the particular subject matter they address, and these Terms and Conditions shall govern all other matters.

ck6n reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use the ck6n Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
5. You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, a self-exclusion arrangement with ck6n or any other operator that remains in effect.
6. You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of ck6n, nor a close family member or household member of any such person.
7. All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

ck6n reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds. Real-money balances will be handled in accordance with applicable verification and anti-money-laundering procedures.

To access the full range of ck6n services, you must register an Account by providing accurate and complete personal information as required by the registration form. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single Player (known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ck6n will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify ck6n immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. ck6n may suspend your Account pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

ck6n accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level and are displayed at the point of deposit.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of your Account pending investigation. ck6n reserves the right to return deposits to their source and to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the financial institution involved. ck6n is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• Currency: All transactions on the ck6n Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
• Deposit Fees: ck6n does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge its own transaction fees, for which ck6n accepts no responsibility.
• Failed Transactions: If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your payment account, contact ck6n support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being met: (a) KYC verification has been completed to ck6n's satisfaction; (b) the balance being withdrawn does not consist of Bonus Funds subject to an outstanding wagering requirement; (c) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳1,000; and (d) no account security review or investigation is currently pending.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. ck6n reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash: Typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts; up to 24 hours during peak periods.
• Nagad: Typically within 30 minutes for verified accounts; up to 24 hours during peak periods.
• Rocket / Upay: Typically within 2 hours for verified accounts; up to 48 hours during peak periods.
• Bank Transfer: 2 to 5 business days depending on the receiving institution.

ck6n does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may deduct its own processing charges. ck6n is not responsible for such charges. In cases where ck6n is required to return funds under anti-money-laundering obligations, the return will be made to the original deposit source.

ck6n offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL T20, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion terms.

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in each promotion's terms and is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x bonus). Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the promotion.
2. Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. The contribution schedule for each promotion is set out in the relevant promotion terms.
3. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Players may not accumulate multiple active bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
4. Abuse Prevention: ck6n reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or revoke any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or exploiting an error or vulnerability in the promotion mechanics.
5. Expiry: Unclaimed or inactive Bonus Funds expire after the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account balance without compensation.

All bets and game plays on the ck6n Platform are governed by the specific rules of the relevant game, market, or event, as published on the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the records held by ck6n's system shall be the primary source of reference. Where a technical error or system malfunction affects the outcome of a game or bet, ck6n reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and return the wagered amounts to the affected Players.

For sports betting markets, ck6n follows industry-standard settlement rules. Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a result being overturned after initial settlement, ck6n will re-settle bets in accordance with the final official result where technically and practically feasible.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet amount is ৳10 unless otherwise stated in the specific game or market rules.
• Maximum Win: ck6n reserves the right to cap maximum winnings per bet, per game round, or per day. Maximum win limits are displayed in the relevant game or market interface.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, walkover, postponement beyond 24 hours, or where ck6n has reason to believe a bet was placed on the basis of corrupted odds data.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted at ck6n's discretion. ck6n reserves the right to suspend or restrict in-play markets at any time during an event without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck6n Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds (including real-money balance and bonus funds), and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or accessing more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or at any subsequent KYC verification stage.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform in a manner intended to conceal the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live casino games where player decisions interact.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to place bets, make game decisions, or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting a bug, glitch, or error in the Platform software to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in bad faith after having used the deposited funds on the Platform.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21.

ck6n is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all Players at no charge and without requiring a support interaction to activate.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automated reminders that appear after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 1 day to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the Account cannot be used for betting, deposits, or gaming.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe gambling is causing harm may self-exclude for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once in effect, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the minimum period has elapsed.

All content on the ck6n Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game assets, interface designs, and data compilations, is the property of ck6n or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ck6n.

ck6n grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any Platform content or service.

ck6n collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy as it applies to your use of the Platform.

ck6n will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and competent authorities where required by applicable law or regulation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck6n's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the balance held in your Account at the time of the relevant claim. ck6n shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

ck6n does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party network issues, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services. ck6n will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned downtime in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude ck6n's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

ck6n reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ck6n will make reasonable efforts to notify Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms and Conditions will take effect from the date specified in the notice, or immediately upon publication if no date is specified.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ck6n is incorporated and licensed to operate. ck6n operates as an internationally licensed platform; Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and ck6n, you should first contact ck6n's support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute. ck6n will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, ck6n may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body.
